'Ice Road Trucker' back on his feet

PublisherHarsh weather conditions aren’t the only challenges for Ice Road Truckers. This month we are proud to feature Alex
Debogorski (page 8) from the popular TV show “Ice Road Truckers,” which can be seen on The History Channel. Aside from Alex’s popularity, he has an inspirational backstory that many drivers can appreciate and relate to – overcoming a potentially life-threatening illness.
If you follow the show, you no doubt know that Alex was hospitalized with heart problems and forced off the road late last season. Alex was able to recover and get back on the road, and he hopes to be a part of the show once again.      I want to thank many of you for the feedback and opinions I have received regarding Driver HEALTH. We also received several requests asking if subscriptions can be purchased for those who wish to become a member of the Healthy Trucking Association of America. Sydney, our administrative assistant, recently received several calls in one day asking that specific question. The answer is, yes, we have made that option available. You can contact Sydney at 800-800-1198 and she’d be happy to help you out.
